|Recommended: YesHappy Resident — Acero has far exceeded my expectations in the way that management and staff establish and promote policy. Acero treats residents with RESPECT, recognizing that each apartment is also someone’s home this is more than just a business it’s a service.
There are only two minor areas that could be improved. 1. Parking Availability There are residents who are parking three cars, which reduces parking availability for other residents’ guests. 2. Grounds Cleanliness Acero staff and vendors are doing a stellar job, except that when the gas blowers blow the debris, some of that debris accumulates in the breezeways. If Acero doesn’t fix this problem, we’ll stay, and we’ll still like it here.

|Recommended: YesFirst Month — I love living here and the proxmiety to the freeway and shopping. The maintenance staff has been great and very promp to any of my issues. I had spme major plumbing problems. The parking is not great and I have had to drive around the entire complex looking for a spot some nights. We have two cars and this makes it very difficult. My covered space is not close to my residance at all and this makes unloading and loading cumbersome. I have seen a lot of trash around from the wind it is bothersome. I also would like someone so hose the halls in front of my door as its just dirty in the outside common hall.

Thank you for sharing your experience at Val Vista. Now that construction has recently been completed, you should see less dirt and overall debris. We clean breezeways on a monthly schedule, but have escalated your request for cleaning. Please contact the office to discuss your concerns and continue to utilize the resident portal for service requests including any cleaning needs you may find along the way.
